Henry oversees the San Francisco market for MERIT’s current association community management clients and is now responsible for coordinating and supervising new contracts, maintaining client relations and spearheading MERIT’s continued growth throughout San Francisco’s high-rise, urban and mixed-use communities.
Henry was previously responsible for developing and managing MERIT’s Customer Care Center, which is comprised of in-house representatives specifically trained to resolve homeowners’ questions and concerns. His responsibilities included customer service training, staff hiring and leading the team to become one of the premier call centers in the industry.
