Vision Awards are presented by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) for excellence in the field of property management. The Vision Award ceremony was held on July 28th, 2011 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA.
Merit Community Manager Jennifer Medja received the "Rookie of the Year" award for her excellent work as a new community manager demonstrating hard work and dedication to service. Her first year achievements included overhauling a parking permit system, navigating through a complex insurance claim along with acquiring her CACM certification in less than six months.
