San Francisco, CA, August 25, 2011 — The Oceanview Village Owners Association has selected Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, to manage 370 residential units in San Francisco, CA. Merit will assist the board of directors with daily operations providing HOA property management services to the mid-rise community.
