Sacramento, CA, January 18, 2011 — MERIT Property Management, a leading provider of professional community association and rental management services, announces that Elizabeth Farrell, CCAM®, has been promoted to Regional Director of Education, Northern California. Farrell is now responsible for assessing and assisting with the operational and leadership training needs of MERIT's Northern California staff.

Farrell has been with MERIT for over five years and was previously Business Unit Leader for the Central Valley regional team. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts and holds the professional designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) from the California Association of Community Managers. Farrell is dedicated to community service and participates as a volunteer for MERIT's United Way campaign, the Boxes from Builders program supporting our troops as well as Rebuild Sacramento, a program designed to assist homeowners in need throughout the Sacramento Valley. She currently works out of MERIT's Folsom office and resides in Rancho Murrieta.
