San Francisco, CA, April 17, 2011 — The board of directors for Fillmore Court Condominium Owners Association has selected MERIT Property Management, a leading provider of professional community association, commercial and rental management services, to manage 36 condominium units and three commercial properties located in downtown San Francisco, CA. The project covers more than 44,200 sq. ft. with over 4,200 sq. ft. of commercial space. MERIT will assist with daily operations for Fillmore Court.
