East Bay, CA, February 4, 2011 — The Copper Ridge Condominium Association has selected MERIT Property Management, a leading provider of professional community association and rental management services, to manage the 248-unit condominium community located in San Ramon, CA. MERIT will assist the board of directors with daily operations in order to provide quality property management services to the residents of Copper Ridge Condominium community.
