She is responsible for MERIT's community management clients and will now coordinate and manage new contracts, maintain client relations and spearhead MERIT's continued growth throughout San Diego. She also plays an integral role in the development and oversight of the master planned communities, single family homes and condominiums in the San Diego region, including strategic planning, goal setting and implementation.
Collins holds professional designations from the California Association of Community Managers as a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) and Community Associations Institute (CAI) as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). In 2007, Collins earned the Community Association Manager of the Year award from CAI. Collins earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College in Chicago.
