Los Angeles, CA, October 24, 2011 — The Bridgeway Mills Homeowners Association has selected Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, to manage 80 townhomes in the sub-association of Playa Vista, Playa del Rey, CA. Merit serves as the master association property management company for Playa Vista and now assists the board of directors of Bridgeway Mills with HOA property management services to the sub-association.
