East Bay, CA, April 4, 2011 — The Bridgewater Homeowners Association has selected MERIT Property Management, a leading provider of professional community association and rental management services, to manage the 424-unit condominium community located in Emeryville, CA. MERIT will assist the board of directors with daily operations in order to provide HOA property management services to the residents of Bridgewater's community.
