Merit Was Selected by Sudberry Properties to Manage New Mixed-Use Civita Community Merit Property Management will provide HOA property management services of 4,780 units in Mission Valley for Civita Master Association

"After an extensive RFP process, we were selected to manage Civita because of our long standing commitment to the community of San Diego, as well as our proven ability to enhance the experience residents receive through their associations," said Robert Cardoza, CCAM, Merit's Chief Executive Officer. "We've been working closely with Sudberry Properties to create a seamless transition for Civita residents and board members alike."

Developed by Sudberry Properties, Civita (www.civitalife.com) spans over 230 acres in the heart of San Diego's Mission Valley and is planned to include 4,780 new apartments, condominiums, and attached homes, as well as 900,000 square feet of retail and office space, a civic center, shopping and entertainment district and nearly 80 acres of proposed open space. Sudberry Development's Circa 37 is a multi-family apartment development located in the heart of the Westside District of the Civita master planned community built on 10.6 acres.

Merit Welcomes the Board of Directors and Residents at Palo Verde Ranch

Merit is excited to announce that the Palo Verde Ranch Homeowners Association in Alpine, CA recently joined Merit's team. Merit is now managing the association's 213 custom single family homes set on two to four acre lots.

Set on approximately 1,000 acres and nestled in mountainous terrain, beautiful foliage and two lakes, Palo Verde Lake and Lake Viejas, Palo Verde Ranch offers residents a serene environment with wildlife, lakes, boat docks, campgrounds, play grounds, hiking and equestrian trails, pavilions, tennis courts, and a grand clubhouse.

Merit Hosts Educational Symposium

More than 70 attended the recent Merit-hosted reception and educational presentation on managing and living in community associations. Panel experts spoke on the financial challenges facing community associations, understanding current association legislation and protecting neighborhood property values.

Merit Sponsors "Cycle EastLake"

Merit proudly joins the EastLake Educational Foundation for Cycle EastLake 2011 with proceeds benefiting all six of EastLake’s public schools. Merit staff provided course support by working rest stations during the 25 or 100 mile cycle and the walking event, 'Family Roll & Stroll.'
