Serving the Sacramento ValleyFrom the city to rural communities, we respond to each creatively
"Working in Sacramento offers the unique opportunity to support communities in both urban and rural settings. We creatively solve problems from parking issues at condominium communities all the way to enforcing the limits on the number of sheep on properties," says Tony Woltman, Merit's Senior Vice President Northern California.
"Our property management style is transparent. We invite community association board members to join us on walkthroughs to see the day-to-day operations to add to their comfort that the job is being done. We want to do the job the way we promised we would. From orientation seminars to individualized tutorials, we assist our board members to manage for the type of community they serve."

Merit Hosts Vendor Trade ShowOver 25 companies participated
Over 25 vendors participated in a "mini trade show" at Merit's Sacramento office. The event allowed vendors to meet community managers and other staff members and provided an opportunity for Merit to thank the vendors we work with for their hard work and dedication to our communities.
Additional trade shows are offered in the Spring and Fall at the Aliso Viejo office and will be coming soon to our San Diego, Inland Empire and other Northern California regions. If you are interested in participating in a trade show, please contact 800 428 5588.

Merit's Staff Worked to Rebuild Sacramento
In Sacramento, 76,000 homes are considered substandard. Thousands of those homes are owned by seniors, disabled individuals or families with children who do not have the means to fix these homes. The Rebuilding Dream events address this issue by joining volunteers and donors so that neighbors help neighbors.
Merit's team joined a diverse group of volunteers from corporations, trade and faith organizations, service clubs, government and schools to come together to help those in need around Sacramento. They assisted with painting homes, retiling bathrooms floors and sinks, restoring flooring and much more.
