Merit Coaching Program provides dynamic learning experience
America has seen a boom in the number of people interested in personal growth, and coaching remains a valuable motivational tool. “I was honored to be one of the first people at Merit to participate in their Coaching Program,” says Gregg Lotane, Vice President Urban Division. “My coach was very well qualified and provided a dynamic learning experience.”
The sessions focus on career advancement, business relationships and tools for dealing with everyday stresses. “Through coaching I was able to thoroughly examine my role and contribution to my clients and Merit.”
